Up to £40k per annum

Are you a proactive, highly organised PA who thrives at the heart of a fast-paced, senior leadership environment?

We’re looking for an exceptional PA to the Managing Director to provide high-level, confidential support, reporting into the MD and EA to the CEO. You’ll be one step ahead at all times – managing a complex diary, travel and inbox, preparing the MD for key meetings, and supporting strategic projects across the business.

Hyrbid working will be offered, with a 50:50 set up, and this will be arranged with the line manager in advance.

• Act as trusted gatekeeper to the MD
• Manage diary, travel (UK & international), inbox and expenses
• Prepare briefings, papers and reports for senior meetings
• Coordinate committees, projects, stakeholder meetings and events
• Support strategic planning, governance and quality processes
• Build strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a complex environment within financial or professional services
• A confident, proactive self-starter with excellent organisational skills
• Strong MS Office skills, excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Calm under pressure, discreet, trustworthy and solutions-focused
• Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and representing the organisation
