Acierta is a design and production house with offices in London, Valencia, Paris, Doha and NY, operating globally. Founded in 2005, we are a team of experienced specialists in creativity, production, logistics, and installation across Retail, Events, and Hospitality projects.

We are looking for a talented, pragmatic, and resourceful Project & Installations Manager to join our growing London office, based in East London. This is an exciting career opportunity within a fast-growing business.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with project management experience in the design or retail industry, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Projects range from large-scale worldwide productions to bespoke one-off installations.

This role supports the Project and Operations Manager across multiple projects, ensuring:

  • Compliance with production drawings
  • Well-planned installation schedules
  • Coordination of set-up and logistics crews
  • On-site monitoring and quality control
  • All projects must be delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • The ideal profile combines a technical design and production background with strong on-site management skills. Experience using Solid Works, CAD, or Rhino as well as MS Office and Adobe Suite is essential.
  • Languages:

    English mandatory;
    Spanish a strong advantage.
  • PRINCE2 or other project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI, Agile).
Key Responsibilities
  • Organise, manage, and oversee Acierta UK’s involvement in all assigned projects within Acierta Group.
  • Supervise and coordinate all installations in the UK for Acierta Group.
  • Expand and strengthen the UK supplier network, building lasting relationships.
  • Coordinate internal and external supplier production and installation workflows.
  • Analyse and interpret technical and design briefings accurately.
  • Define project objectives, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
  • Organise and lead meetings with all stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Foster alignment between the UK production team and the broader organisational goals.
  • Coordinate with HUBS to ensure production schedules/quotations align with
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in the Acierta UK team for all HUBS worldwide.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress and milestones.
  • Conduct site visits, oversee set-ups (including overnight installations), and ensure fabrication quality.
  • Survey spaces for new projects, applying strong fabrication and installation knowledge.
  • Represent Acierta WW in client and department store meetings.
  • Travel as required across the UK and EU for meetings and installations.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture).
  • Technical design and production background, with proficiency in CAD, Solid Works, and Rhino (required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Team-oriented yet self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for work meetings and installations.
Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination, project management, or a related technical role.
