Roles &Responsibilities
· Understanding customer needsand provide information required to encourage a purchase.
· Consistently promoting and selling company products and services.
· Achieve the monthly salestarget set by the Company.
· Organise and supervise shifts
· Coordinate and supervise all aspects of service, ensuring all customers have a positive experience
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Qualifications& Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience inthe Retail industry preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasksin a fast-paced environment
- Able to work split shifts,weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate and lead ateam effectively
