Programme Manager - Policy Administration System Implementation (12-Month Initial Contract)
Location:
Hybrid - 2 days per week in the City of London
Duration:12-month initial contract (potential for multi-year extension)
Day Rate: £(Apply online only) per day (Outside IR35)
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Programme Manager to join a leading insurance company in the implementation of a new Policy Administration System (PAS). We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with a robust background in the insurance sector to lead a complex, long-term programme aimed at renewing technology and business processes over the next 2-3 years.
This is a unique chance to shape governance, optimize processes, and guide the programme from inception to successful delivery.

** Oversee the implementation of the policy administration system, establishing key milestones and ensuring that deliverables align with scope, budget, and timeline.
- ** Governance Set-Up:
** Develop governance frameworks and structures to facilitate smooth programme operations and effective reporting.
- ** Process Improvement:
** Identify, streamline, and enhance existing processes to maximize efficiency throughout the programme’s lifecycle.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement:
** Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with client objectives.

** Anticipate and address potential issues or delays proactively to maintain programme momentum.

Experience:

** Expertise in establishing governance structures and optimizing processes for programme success.
- ** Stakeholder Management:
** Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
