Team Manager - Rough Sleepers Service

Location: Canning Town

Contract: 2-3 months

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Pay: PAYE: £18-£20+ per hour plus holiday pay

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee an intensive support service for rough sleepers at Canning Town. You will manage a caseload of approximately 45 clients and manage a team of 7 staff, ensuring high-quality support and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Intensive Support Team
Review and manage referrals
Ensure new residents receive thorough and appropriate assessments
Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to staff
