• Develop structured launch plans and manage cross-functional alignment across commercial, marketing, training and aftersales.
• Define go-to-market processes including compliance requirements and key milestones.
• Support creation of product materials including training content, brochures and specifications.
• Coordinate all product photography, videography and content capture activities.
• Assist in pricing, positioning and residual value considerations.
• Act as a subject expert for product-related topics across the organisation.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure coordinated delivery.
• Analyse competitor and customer insights to refine launch strategy.
• Support additional launch-related work streams as required.

• Experience managing new product launches within automotive or related sectors.
• Understanding of regulatory, technical and compliance considerations.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
