Head of Sales and Customer Success | London | Hybrid | £145k OTE | SaaS | Accounting Software

We are partnering with one of Europes leading SaaS scale ups in the accounting technology space. The UK operation is already 30 people strong and scaling quickly. This is a senior leadership role for someone ready to take ownership of commercial growth and build something special.

You will lead the UK Sales and Customer Success teams with full responsibility for performance, culture and execution. There is no individual sales quota. Your success is measured by team results and business growth. You will share P&L responsibility with the UK General Manager and play a central role in shaping the commercial strategy.

This is a blank canvas opportunity. You will have the autonomy, tools and market leading product to build your own high-performing revenue engine and make an immediate impact.

What you will do
  • Lead and scale the UK Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Own team revenue targets and commercial performance
  • Drive pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy and deal execution
  • Oversee onboarding, retention and expansion strategy
  • Partner with the UK GM on P&L ownership and growth planning
  • Build a high performance, motivated and accountable culture
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role selling SaaS accounting or practice management software
  • Strong understanding of selling into UK accounting firms and professional services
  • A leader who inspires, develops and motivates teams rather than managing through hierarchy
  • Commercially driven with a track record of scaling revenue teams
  • Hands‑on mindset with the ability to influence results from day one
Package
  • Base salary up to £110,000
  • Uncapped OTE up to £145,000
  • Leadership role with real ownership and impact
  • London based HQ (must be able to commute to central London 3 times a week)
