About the Role
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your projects managing everything from the first client briefing to final handover. You’ll oversee design coordination, construction delivery, and commercial performance, ensuring each project is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectation.
This is a client-facing role that blends creativity with commercial and technical expertise. You’ll work hand-in-hand with designers, contractors, and clients to transform ambitious ideas into exceptional spaces people love to work in.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead multiple fit out and design & build projects, from initial concept through to completion.
Take charge of programme, budget, quality, and compliance with CDM and health & safety regulations.
Inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Be the key point of contact for clients, building relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout.
Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and variation control with a clear commercial focus.
Track financial performance, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
Drive quality, sustainability, and innovation across every project stage.
Requirements:
Proven track record managing design & build or commercial fit out projects (£1m–£10m).
Deep understanding of design coordination, construction processes, and technical integration.
Confident leadership and first-class communication skills you bring people together to deliver results.
A strong commercial mindset and experience managing budgets, contracts, and suppliers.
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
Degree in Project or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and standards.
