Client Relationship Manager, Program / Project Manager
Major Players are partnering with a fast moving video production company, who are looking to hire an Account Manager/Project Manager to sit at the heart of the business, acting as the key link between clients and the internal creative team.
This is a hands‑on role within a close‑knit studio environment, where no two days are the same. You'll be client‑facing, highly organised, and closely involved in the day‑to‑day running of projects and the studio. If you enjoy managing relationships, keeping projects on track, and being part of a collaborative creative team, this role offers strong opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management- Receive and fully understand client briefs and objectives
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout projects
- Manage client communication, feedback, and expectations clearly and professionally
- Translate feedback into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
- Present work back to clients and ensure delivery meets the brief and quality standards
- Manage schedules, meetings, and internal resources across multiple projects
- Keep projects running smoothly, on time, and on track
- Review work before delivery to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency
- Support producers and creatives with organisation and coordination
- Be based in the studio and support day‑to‑day studio operations
- Help manage studio bookings, hires, and general studio organisation
- Maintain relationships with recent clients and support repeat work
- Identify opportunities for new or ongoing projects and flag them internally
- Support the development of longer‑term client relationships
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role (Account Manager, Producer, Project Manager or Studio Manager) within a creative, content or production agency
- Proven experience managing client relationships from brief to delivery
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities
- Happy working in a small, collaborative team and wearing multiple hats
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to anticipate what's needed next
- Experience working on video, animation or branded content is a strong bonus
Full time
Salary£34-37,000 depending on experience
Office LocationEast London
Office requirements5 days per week in the office (with flexibility for 3 days depending on studio bookings)
