The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Director to join our senior leadership team and oversee a portfolio of high-profile, strategically vital accounts. With your entrepreneurial spirit and deep industry expertise, you'll lead transformative healthcare communications that set new benchmarks for excellence. As a strategic client partner and consultant, you'll drive client strategy, acting as the pivotal link between clients and the agency to ensure work is strategically aligned, creatively daring and impeccably executed.

You'll adeptly manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects, delivering innovative solutions that enhance client satisfaction and propel agency growth. In this high-level position, you'll have significant influence over the agency’s strategic direction, client relationships, and long-term business success, ensuring the agency maintains its reputation as a leader in creative healthcare solutions. As part of this role, you'll inspire and mentor a team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence.

About You

As a Business Director, you are a strategic leader and trusted advisor known for fostering high-level client partnerships and delivering transformative solutions. You excel in navigating complex client needs, overcoming challenges, and consistently achieving exceptional results. With substantial expertise in healthcare communications, you lead integrated, multi-channel strategies with an emphasis on creativity, quality and strategic coherence. Confident and seasoned, you guide senior clients through challenges, manage substantial budgets and motivate cross‑department teams to produce impactful, innovative work.

Commercially savvy and entrepreneurial, you adeptly balance client needs with agency objectives, identifying opportunities to add value, optimise processes and drive growth. As a leader, you promote a collaborative environment where talent flourishes and excellence is the norm. Above all, you champion creativity and innovation, leading by example to enhance the agency’s reputation and success.

What You’ll Bring
  • Extensive experience in senior account management, with a proven track record of managing senior‑level client relationships and driving business development
  • Significant experience in leading integrated, multi‑channel solutions and strategic initiatives for global clients
  • Deep expertise in healthcare communications and creative solutions that drive business impact
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business strategy, marketing, and communications to help clients achieve long‑term goals
  • Expertise in managing P&L and financial performance for large, complex accounts
