EMEA Director, Impact & Equity (DE&I)

The Director, Impact & Equity (EMEA) is a strategic leader responsible for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the EMEA region in alignment with our global inclusion strategy. This role drives measurable impact by embedding inclusive practices into business operations, leveraging technology and AI to scale initiatives, and fostering cultural transformation. The Director partners with senior leadership, People & Talent teams, and community groups to ensure equity is integrated into organisational systems, leadership development, and decision-making processes.

• Proven DEI leadership experience within consulting, technology, or related sectors.
• Strong business acumen with ability to align DEI initiatives to organizational goals.
• Expertise in cultural intelligence and navigating complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience in talent management, change management, and leadership development.
• Skilled in using data and research to inform evidence-based DEI practices.
• Familiarity with AI and technology platforms for DEI program delivery.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of country-specific legislative requirements and regulations across EMEA related to DEI.
