Why Join the Team?The Campaign Director role sits within the BBC Studio’s London Ad Sales department and is responsible for the campaign delivery of major partnerships. Reporting into the Partnerships Director, the successful candidate will be the linchpin on major projects liaising across multiple departments to ensure effective campaign delivery and excellent client servicing. This is an important role at the commercial heart of BBC Studios, working in a fast paced and ever-changing multi-platform environment.
You will be a key player in the London team, interfacing regularly with key clients, editorial, production, ad ops and compliance teams amongst others.
Key Responsibilities And Impact
- Project manage all aspects of campaign delivery, from pre-sales decks to delivery to campaign reporting.
- Actively build and sustain internal and external key stakeholder relationships.
- Comfortable holding others accountable for their role in the project.
- Produce and manage delivery against a detailed plan (e.g. project management plan) and schedule/roadmap.
- Provide production sheets for editorial teams.
- Take responsibility for administrative processes (salesforce, invoicing, compliance approval, consolidation reports etc).
- Attend weekly client meetings and manage all client requests.
- Ensure that all campaigns are delivered in full and on time, to ensure that no revenue is lost.
- Provide comprehensive end of campaign reports.
- Ensure all expenditure is accounted for and reconciled to budget.
- Campaign/Project Management experience.
- Has managed at least 3 projects with a budget of $500k+.
- Good stakeholder management skills, previously proven within a demanding, global organisation.
- Deck building and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Managing time and priorities.
- Excels at delivery in a fast-changing, diverse and complicated environment.
- Team player with great communication skills.
- Organised, calm, and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment remaining motivated and committed.
- Analysing and solving problems.
- Media Industry and platforms.
- Digital and TV products and solutions.
- Numerate & IT literate.
- Commercial approach to projects.
- Results orientated.
- Media planning experience.
- Knowledge of Google Ad Management an advantage but not essential.
- Branded Content (advantage but not essential).
