Location: Greater London

Print Strategy Manager

Salary: £52,766.71 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,195. Over the next 4 years, salary will progress to £59,826.70. If based in Head Office, London, an additional £3,760 London Weighting will be added. Current employees in banding 38‑44 will maintain their existing salary.

Location:

Flexible, with regular travel to London and Newcastle Head Offices required.

Duration:
Permanent.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Print Strategy Manager. The post‑holder will be responsible for devising print output for local elections and managing the Party’s print systems. The role will lead on the development and project management of the Party’s print and direct mail services, including online print and direct mail marketing solutions. It will also lead on developing and implementing innovative print materials and direct mail to effectively deliver the Party’s political message, providing support to election campaigns, particularly target seats and voters.

Qualifications
  • A thorough knowledge of Labour Party campaigning, particularly print and direct mail but including voter , GOTV, targeting strategies and relationship building with members and voters.
  • A good knowledge of election law and the electoral system, particularly on spend and reporting.
  • A track record of managing large budgets, processes and external contracts and suppliers.
  • Experience of the service delivery management
