Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

A highly supportive project management consultancy based in Waterloo are searching for a bright and personable Project Manager to join their growing team and support the delivery of schemes in the High-end Residential and Heritage sector.

The Company that the Project Manager will join:

The Project Manager will be joining a growing consultancy with four offices that have a strong pipeline of projects in the high-end residential and heritage sector. The Project Manager will be joining a team of 30+ Project Managers and Cost Consultants across their offices.

The Project Manager will be providing support towards the delivery of projects in the high end residential and heritage sector. They will be working closely alongside a team of Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and an Associate Director.

The Project Manager role:

The Project Manager will be a highly motivated and keen to learn individual as they will be supporting the delivery of schemes that range from new builds, refurbishment and reconfiguration of existing sites with contract values up to £55m.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting the Project Management team on projects
Assist in budget management and cost control
Attend meeting with client / stakeholders
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and other internal / external parties
Attending weekly site visits with the project management team
Contribute towards risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Project Manager requirements:

Previous experience working in the construction industry or a consultancy
Some experience in the high end residential or heritage sector
BSc/MSc Construction Project Management
Strong work ethic
A strong desire to learn and grow your skillset
Understanding of new build, refurbishment and fit out projects
Confident, ambitious individual
Good communication and interpersonal skills

What would be offered:

£55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package
25 days annual leave + bank holiday
