Lead a flagship corporate workplace partnership
Sodexo is seeking an exceptional senior leader to take of a prestigious, high‑end corporate workplace account, delivering integrated Facilities Management and premium food services across multiple UK sites.
This role is suited only to candidates with significant senior‑level experience in complex corporate workplace environments, where FM excellence, food credibility and client partnership are business‑critical.
You will be fully accountable for operational performance today, while shaping and securing growth that will expand the role into an international leadership position.
The role Operational Leadership (UK)- Lead end‑to‑end delivery across engineering, soft services, workplace support and catering.
- Act as the senior onsite leader and trusted partner to executive‑level client stakeholders.
- Ensure contractual compliance, safety, service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive operational resilience and resource planning in a demanding corporate environment.
- Own the UK account strategy aligned to client priorities and Sodexo growth ambitions.
- Hold full P&L accountability, delivering margin, forecasting and value creation.
- Identify, develop and secure organic growth opportunities.
- Lead business cases, bid activity and solution design in partnership with Sodexo growth teams.
- Lead mobilisation and operational setup in new countries as the partnership grows.
- Build scalable governance, teams and operating models across multiple markets.
- Act as the senior international contact for the client relationship.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across FM, food and workplace experience.
- Build a high‑performance, inclusive culture with strong succession planning.
- Senior leadership experience in high‑end corporate workplace environments.
- Proven expertise in integrated FM and food operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships at senior level.
- Track record of leading large teams and complex operational change.
- Media, entertainment or creative sector experience.
- International or multi‑country operational exposure.
- Experience building scalable operating models.
