Land Manager – North London – £50,000 – £70,000 plus package

A well respected developer building good quality apartments and houses in North London and Home Counties urgently seeks a Land Manager to join their busy productive team acquiring quality sites.
The role involves acquiring sites ranging in size from 50 to 500 units in the above locations. The successful candidate will be part of a team that offers career progression, a solid financial base, an appetite for acquisitions, and a collaborative environment that leads by example.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic planning and execution of land acquisition projects
- Developing processes for successful acquisitions
- Understanding the full acquisition and front‑end development cycle
