Job Description & Requirements
The Building Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and operational efficiency of the assigned property. This role ensures that the building is safe, compliant with statutory requirements, well-maintained, and provides a high standard of service to tenants, occupants, and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibility- Must be at least a diploma holder from a polytechnic.
- Must passed the certified strata manager course set up by government approved regulatory agency.
- Conversant with BMSMA Act.
- Have good Presentation skills in handling tenant and SP complaints.
- Estate Manager together with team manager must attend monthly Council Meeting.
- Have at least 5 years relevant working experience in the building industry. With at least one year experience in managing industrial properties.
- Working Hours:
9 Am to 5.30 Pm Mondays to Friday and Saturday 9 am to 12.30 pm. Alternate Saturday off. No work on Sunday and Public Holiday. - Good communication skills and team player.
- Weekly 5.5days work.
