Project Manager; Business

I'm supporting a Logistics client in their search for a Project Manager with a focus on Business Change.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll engage in a diverse mix of strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives across IT, Operations and Data to ensure each project you oversee delivers value and drives successful adoption.

A Logistics business that has recently undertaken a significant transformation programme is looking to invest in its growing change function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, work on a variety of projects, and support the development of change practices that deliver for both the business and its people.

Our client's working arrangements require five days per week in the office. This is aligned with their emphasis on face-to-face collaboration between teams and individuals.

As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of various projects, from project initiation through to delivery. You will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of new processes and technologies, working closely with stakeholders and ensuring the project meets business objectives. You will need to be comfortable managing a full project lifecycle and delivering results on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Project Management Expertise:
  Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience managing projects from initiation to delivery.
• System/Change Projects:
  Proven track record of delivering system and business change projects within SAAS/ERP based projects.
• Hands-On Delivery Focus: A results-driven approach with the ability to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
• Collaboration & Relationship Building:
  Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation.

As mentioned, this role requires the designated candidate to commit to 5-Days-A-Week onsite.
