Site Manager
I've been asked to find a Site Manager for a boutique hotel refurbishment in the heart of the West End. It's 95 bedrooms with 95 en suites worth circa £40m.
The client is asking for someone to be able to manage the sub‑contractors in the correct fashion which is being organised with detail and being out on site pushing delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities- Managing the fit out of the bedrooms, from first fix.
- Ensure QA is upheld
- Co‑ordination with sub‑contractors
- Identifying potential problems, offering buildability solutions
- Someone who is tech savvy.
- Someone who can engage with the supply chain and other team members
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Day rate between £280-320 dependant on experience
- Temporary to permanent option
- Opportunity to work with a supporting site team
