Position: Senior Project Manager (Permanent)
A leading London-based construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments across the city. The Senior Project Manager will join a respected and fast-growing team that works with major property clients across central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to manage complex developments from pre-planning through delivery, working with industry-leading architects and consultants. The consultancy is known for delivering landmark schemes and offers excellent progression for individuals ready to take the next step.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of projects valued between £30m and £100m, with duties including:

Leading project delivery across all RIBA stages

Managing internal teams and external consultants

Overseeing procurement, programme, and cost management

Acting as Employer's Agent and Contract Administrator

Driving stakeholder engagement and reporting

The consultancy encourages autonomy, providing the Senior Project Manager with the responsibility to lead on flagship schemes and shape client outcomes.

The Senior Project Manager

Degree qualified in a built environment subject

6+ years' consultancy-side experience

Track record of leading high-value developments

Experience with commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale residential schemes

MRICS, MAPM or equivalent professional status preferred
