We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and energetic Events & Office Manager to act as the operational backbone of a global tech company’s London office in W1. This is a full time, onsite role.

This role is for someone who is motivated by impact and technology, and who sees operations, events, and community as powerful tools to create change. You believe no task is too small or too big, and you enjoy bringing structure and energy to fast-moving environments. You’ll run day-to-day office operations, deliver high-quality events and programmes, and help grow a new London space into a world-class hub.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations and be the first point of contact for guests and partners
  • Manage suppliers and vendors
  • Plan and deliver end-to-end execution of events, workshops, and retreats
  • Deliver high-quality hybrid and in-person sessions
  • Coordinate venues, travel, accommodation, and schedules
  • Support application review processes and interview scheduling
  • Track programme performance through reporting and KPI dashboards
  • Manage operational administration including reimbursements, scheduling, reporting, and invoicing
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations, events, or office management, ideally within tech or impact-driven organisations
  • Clear evidence of commitment to mission-led or impact-focused work
  • Comfortable independently running complex logistics in fast-moving environments
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Confident using or open to learning modern tools such as Notion, Airtable, AI tools, and CRM systems
  • Willing to travel across the UK for team events and retreats
  • Entrepreneurial drive
