Colliers’ Retail Services team provides integrated retail consultancy and transaction solutions to landlords and developers, covering strategic positioning, tenant mix planning, and brand recruitment. As we continue expanding our one‑stop service model, we are seeking an aspiring Retail real estate expert to support both the strategic advisory function led by the Head of Retail Consultancy and the implementation & transaction function led by senior team members.

This role is ideal for a mid‑level professionals with strong analytical skills, solid transaction or consultancy experience, and the ability to manage deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and support tenant recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Retail Consultancy in preparing strategic studies including market diagnostics, asset positioning, trade mix strategies, and layout recommendations.
• Support delivery of pitch materials and client proposals.

• Work closely with senior team membersto convert strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans.
• Coordinate project timelines, action trackers, and deliverable schedules for consultancy and other clientmandates.

• Assist in targeting and recruiting prospective brands and operators aligned with the recommended tenant mix strategy.
• Manage initial outreach, maintain brand pipelines, and support senior team members in negotiating commercial terms.
• Develop transactionmaterials, pitch decks, brand profiles, and site briefs.
• Support inspection arrangements, site tours, and follow‑up communication with retailers.
• Assist in site selection, and portfolio optimization for brands and operators.
• Support senior team in managing day‑to‑day client communication on transactionmatters.

• Track market trends, new openings, brand movements, and landlord activity.
• Maintain internal intelligence databases and update marketcomparables.

• Minimum5years experience in the Retail real estate industry(Candidates with less experience could be considered as Assistant Manager)
• Valid EAA license holder
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and lead in a fast‑paced environment.
