Engineering Operations Manager; Shopping Mall

Ops Manager:
Drive excellence in operations, tenant relations & asset enhancement for a top developer's premier mixed-use development.

Lead operations & maintenance for a premier mixed-use retail/office development. Manage tenant relations, fit-outs, and strategic asset enhancement projects. Require 5+ years' property management experience with strong M&E knowledge.

• Lead facilities management, technical teams, and M&E maintenance programs.
• Manage the full tenant engagement cycle, from fit-outs to relationship management.
• Support asset enhancement projects to boost property value.
• Liaise with authorities and contractors to ensure 100% compliance and safety.
• Oversee SOPs, vendor contracts, and procurement.

• Min. 5 years in retail shopping mall property facilities management.
• Strong technical knowledge of building M&E systems required.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Real Estate, Building Services, or Engineering required.
• Proficiency in BMS software is a plus.
