This is a full‑time working‑from‑home role as a Senior Property Manager (SPM) located in Greater London, with the requirement to work in London at least 1 day per week at our flagship site. The Senior Property Manager will be managing a portfolio of 700 units across four blocks and must be able to independently and proficiently manage this portfolio with the support of an Assistant Property Manager and the site staff.
The SPM must have experience with large schemes of 250+ units and multi‑schedule service charge budgets and must be able to demonstrate strong and transparent financial management, as well as being able to build good working relationships with clients and site staff.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential block management and a strong working knowledge of Freehold, Leasehold, RMC, and RTM operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with residents, clients, site staff and contractors effectively.
- Project management experience, including property maintenance coordination and asset improvement planning.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in industry‑related software and technology tools is advantageous.
- MTPI is required.
