We are seeking to appoint a Director of Assets and Property Services to lead strategic asset management and maintenance of a national housing portfolio. This senior leadership role has responsibility for ensuring the safety, compliance, and long‑term value of assets, while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

The role will provide strategic oversight of engineering operations, planned and reactive maintenance, asset lifecycle planning, compliance, capital investment programmes, and sustainability initiatives. You will also lead on data‑driven decision‑making, informing long‑term investment strategy.

We are looking for:

• Senior‑level experience of managing large housing or residential property portfolios
• Strong technical knowledge of strategic maintenance and building compliance
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Experience of long‑term planning and strategy development across a large‑scale property portfolio
