WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- You will lead, mentor, and support a medium to large project team, ensuring continual growth and high performance.
- You will manage and deliver complex, large-scale events, taking ownership of all logistical and operational elements from concept to completion.
- You will develop and build strong partnerships with clients and suppliers, identifying opportunities for business growth and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
- You will prepare and present proposals, manage budgets, and negotiate contracts for successful, cost-effective event delivery.
- You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement of company processes and operations.
- You will oversee post-event evaluation, gather feedback, and generate comprehensive reports to inform future improvements.
- You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field; foreign language skills are an advantage.
- You will have experience delivering complex, high-value events, with at least 6 years in a fast-paced agency or similar environment.
- You will be a natural leader with proven people management skills, capable of guiding and motivating project teams to consistently exceed expectations.
- You will possess exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
- You will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience managing operational budgets and supplier partnerships.
- You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with outstanding presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- You will be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experienced in building delegate registration websites through platforms such as Cvent.
- You will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a solutions-focused mindset, ready to manage challenges with a positive attitude.
- You have the right to work in the UK.
