Contracts Director; scaffolding

This role is offered by ESD recruitment on behalf of a growing NASC‑accredited scaffolding contractor based in London. The Scaffolding Contracts Director will oversee a portfolio of scaffolding projects across London and the South East and lead a team of contract managers, supervisors and site personnel.

• Oversee multiple scaffolding contracts from tender through to completion
• Manage and lead teams of contract managers, supervisors, and site personnel
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts
• Oversee commercial performance and ensure compliance with NASC standards
• Provide regular reports and updates to company directors

• Proven experience in a senior scaffolding role at Contracts Manager/Director level
• Strong operational, commercial, and leadership skills
• In‑depth knowledge of scaffolding regulations and industry best practices
• CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card or equivalent preferred
• Based in or able to commute to London
