Senior Vice President / Director – Capital Formation & Investor Relations

A highly established European mid‑market private equity firm is seeking a senior Capital Formation / Distribution professional to join its Investor Relations team in London.

The firm has a long‑standing track record investing in high‑quality, defensible businesses across multiple sectors, with a strong reputation.

This is a senior, externally facing position working closely with the Partners and Head of Investor Relations.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting fundraising for future flagship funds and GP‑led capital solutions
• Managing and developing relationships with institutional LPs globally
• Playing a key role in continuation vehicles, co‑investments and structured transactions
• Leading investor communications, presentations, DDQs and due diligence processes
• Acting as a trusted representative of the firm’s strategy, performance and culture

• 10–15 years’ experience in private equity fundraising, investor relations, placement or institutional distribution
• Background from a placement agent, mid‑market PE firm, or private capital solutions platform
• Strong exposure to European and global institutional LPs (pensions, endowments, FoFs, sovereigns)
• Comfortable articulating complex strategies and capital structures
• Highly polished communicator with sound commercial judgement
• Suited to a lean, high‑impact IR environment with significant responsibility and visibility
