The opportunity:
We’re seeking a Group Account Director to join our senior client partner leadership team and take ownership of a portfolio of high-profile, strategically significant accounts. Combining deep expertise in healthcare communications with strategic and operational insight, you’ll lead impactful, multi-channel campaigns that set new standards for how healthcare is communicated.
As a trusted advisor and client partner, you’ll drive client strategy acting as the key liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring all work is strategically sound, creatively bold, and flawlessly executed. You’ll navigate complex, multi-stakeholder projects with precision, delivering innovative solutions that drive both client satisfaction and agency growth.
In this senior leadership role, you’ll inspire and mentor a team of client partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence. With deep expertise in healthcare communications, you lead integrated, multi-channel solutions with a focus on creativity, quality and strategic alignment. Confident and experienced, you guide senior clients through challenges, manage large budgets and inspire teams to deliver impactful, innovative work.
Commercially astute and entrepreneurial, you balance client needs with agency goals, identifying opportunities to add value, optimise processes and drive growth. As a leader, you foster a collaborative environment where talent thrives and excellence is paramount.
