The opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Account Director to lead high‑level client partnerships, strategic leadership and agency growth. With deep expertise in healthcare communications, you’ll drive impactful, multi‑channel solutions that set new industry standards.

As a trusted advisor and client partner, you’ll own key accounts, delivering innovative strategies and business solutions while navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with precision. You’ll ensure all work is strategically sound, creatively bold and flawlessly executed.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll inspire and guide Account Directors, Managers and Executives, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. A seasoned strategic leader and trusted advisor, with a proven track record of driving high‑level client partnerships, delivering transformative solutions, and leading large, high‑performing teams. You thrive in a senior leadership role, managing complex client needs, navigating challenges, and consistently delivering exceptional results that exceed expectations.

With extensive expertise in healthcare communications, you excel at overseeing integrated, multi‑channel solutions—while maintaining a sharp focus on creativity, quality and strategic alignment. You have the experience and confidence to guide senior clients through intricate challenges, manage large budgets and inspire teams to deliver work that is both impactful and innovative.

You bring a sharp commercial mindset and entrepreneurial drive, always identifying opportunities to add value, optimise processes and drive growth through strategic selling and expansion. Above all, you are a passionate advocate for creativity and innovation, leading by example and fostering an environment where teams are motivated to deliver exceptional work every day.
