Mechanical Team Lead​/Supervisor

We are looking for a Mechanical Team Lead / Supervisor to join our supportive team in Feltham. You will be responsible for overseeing a small team of engineers, ensuring all works are carried out safely and professionally. The role will be largely focused on PPM’s across the site including plant room and AHU servicing checks.

This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step into a lead role. We welcome applicants from candidates who do not yet have lead or supervisory experience so if you have experience working with AHU’s, we would be keen to hear from you!

• Supervise and coordinate a small team of engineers
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of mechanical systems
• Report directly to the Manager providing updates on site performance
• Ensure all works comply with safety procedures and regulations

• Salary between £45,000 – £48,000 per annum
