Senior Project Manager – East London
Our client is a developer undertaking major new build residential & mixed‑use schemes across the country.
They require a Senior Project Manager to be based on a large mixed‑use scheme in East London. The project consists of 1,500 units with 8 years left to run, reporting into the Project Director.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the project from inception to completion, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Report progress to the Project Director and maintain clear communication with internal and external teams.
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a tier one developer or contractor.
- Previous experience on large mixed‑use residential developments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Basic salary between £95k – £100k plus full package & 20% bonus.
