We create and develop innovative and exciting learning programmes for our clients to help manage risk, adapt to regulatory change and embrace new ways or working and technologies.

We are growing our expanding Managed Learning Services capability, delivering end-to-end solutions to meet a wide range of client learning requirements. We are seeking collaborators, thinkers, and those with experience of delivering Managed Learning Services to grow this business together.

Our team's purpose:
Creating a lasting, positive impact for our clients and society, by putting people at the heart of building a Better Working World As a member of our People Consulting team, you will:
  • Contribute to and lead work streams across a diverse range of complex engagements in the financial services sector.
  • Design and create innovative solutions for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit client needs.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, building trusted relationships with clients.
  • Identify new opportunities, contribute to preparation of proposals and wider business development activities.
  • Manage the operational aspects and risk management of client engagements.
  • Coach and provide learning opportunities for junior team members.
  • Contribute to delivery of wider strategic goals across PC and participate in initiatives that support the growth of the firm as a whole.
With a specific focus on learning operations, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of MLS engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple work streams.
  • Build and manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Own business development activities including opportunity identification, solution design, proposals, and pitches.
  • Translate client needs into tailored learning strategies and operational solutions.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across complex projects.
  • Develop compelling, insight-driven presentations and proposals using advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Provide management, coaching, and career development for consultants and analysts.
  • Contribute to the growth of the MLS business, shaping new offerings and bringing innovative market perspectives.
Skills and attributes for success:
  • Authenticity and strong personal impact, able to influence and persuade stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.

To qualify for this role, you must have:
  • Consulting experience at Manager level (Big Four or equivalent professional services background preferred).
  • Demonstrable ability to develop transformational operational solutions for complex client requirements, including org design, process transformation, and technology integration.
  • Strong track record of business development, including client growth, proposals, and deal shaping.
  • Expertise in pricing, commercial negotiations, and third-party vendor management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects/programs with multiple stakeholders.
