- Lead the project from conception to completion, working primarily with the In Market General Manager and the wider Jellycat business to ensure requirements are clear, documented and delivered.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Maintain hands‑on involvement in all project phases, actively engaging with team members, stakeholders and vendors to sustain momentum.
- Foster a culture of collaboration within the project team; facilitate regular team meetings and workshops to promote open communication.
- Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and encourage a positive work environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Head of Market, leadership team, and all project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, leading problem‑solving and decision‑making processes with a collaborative approach.
- Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices and industry trends.
- Secure and allocate project resources, including cross‑functional team members and budgets, ensuring the right mix of skills and expertise.
- Participate in selection and onboarding of project team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a demonstrated history of successful delivery; experience with agile teams is an advantage.
- Experience in global operations projects, e.g., third‑party logistics and warehousing.
- Knowledge of the local market, including legislation and safety requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with ability to control costs and ensure quality.
- Unwavering commitment to collaborative work and passion for driving team success.
- Experience of complex new market entry projects with a mix of in‑house, 3rd‑party and contracted resources.
- ERP Project Management experience.
- E‑commerce Project Management experience.
- Retail / Commercial Project Management experience.
- Extensive experience working with UK/US companies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools; experience with is an advantage.
