Maintenance Supervisor
- Fulham, London - Temporary - Up to £30.00 Exciting opportunity to work for an established service provider operating across a premium residential site in Fulham. CBW are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor on a 6-month temporary contract, responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of all engineering and maintenance services across the estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising two engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.

The role is site-based, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00. Due to the residential nature of the site, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check.

• Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

• Organise and manage all planned and reactive maintenance
• Lead and supervise a team of multi-skilled engineers (2 direct reports)
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and documentation meets required standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of plant rooms
• Oversee reactive maintenance to ensure it aligns with contractual obligations
• Manage and deliver minor improvement works
• Attend and contribute to client meetings
• Coordinate and manage external contractors
• Primarily off the tools, but able to step in when operationally required

• Fully qualified to a recognised electrical or mechanical standard (e.g., HNC / C&G)
• Strong admin and IT skills
• Previous experience supervising within a high-end residential building environment
• Knowledge of working to a budget and managing costs
• Previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance
• Experience working in a building services environment
