General Manager – Student Accommodation

Homes for Students, the UK's largest independent provider of student accommodation, is looking for a dynamic leader to manage our Venue Studios in London.

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The base pay range is based on your skills and experience; please discuss details with the recruiter.

As General Manager, you will drive an exceptional student living experience, ensuring top‑notch customer service across sales, maintenance and housekeeping. You will embed our core values and inspire your team to excel, manage the check‑in, check‑out and room turnaround process starting in September, and resolve customer and operational issues efficiently. You will work closely with the larger Homes for Students family, area and regional teams for ongoing support and growth.

• Leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
• Strong data presentation and analysis skills.
• Impeccable organisational abilities.
• Team player with the power to lead, inspire, and motivate.
• Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (desirable but not essential).
