Estate Agency Director to spearhead growth, inspire teams and dominate the market in Central & East London.

• Take full ownership of multiple offices in a thriving region.

• Recruiting, coaching and retaining top talent across the region.

• Ensuring compliance, quality standards and best practice across all offices.

• Acting as a hands‑on leader — attending client visits, mentoring managers, and celebrating success stories.

• A proven track record in estate agency leadership at multi‑branch level.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to grow revenue in any market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational ability.

• Basic salary of £55,000–£70,000 DOE + OTE of £150,000+
