We are seeking a passionate GM for a newly refurbished neighbourhood pub in North London with the area’s biggest beer garden and a premium Food & Drink offering. We’re looking for a hands‑on, experienced General Manager to lead the team and drive the venue forward.
Responsibilities- Running daily operations.
- Managing & motivating staff.
- Stock, rotas & compliance.
- Great customer service.
- GM experience (or strong AM ready to step up).
- Confidence in high-volume pubs.
- Strong leadership & communication.
- Knowledge of stock/rota controls.
- Passion for hospitality
Experience: Required
Employment: Full-time
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 yearly
Starting time: Immediate start!
