Our Chiswick location has been established since 2001 and is the Honda Flagship dealership in London offering cars, motorcycles, marine and lifestyle products.
With comprehensive manufacturer training and a supportive team, this is your chance to be part of a forward‑thinking dealership.
What you’ll be doing- Oversee all processes and aspects of the workshop, service and parts departments, ensuring budgeted labour sales and profits are achieved
- Manage, motivate and support a team of skilled technicians, service advisors, parts advisors and drivers, promoting a positive and productive work environment
- Review customer satisfaction scores, and drive the service team’s performance forward, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhanced efficiency
- Manage site budgets maximising profit. Provide performance reports and department statistics
- Guarantee all aspects of Health and Safety including waste disposal and environmental requirements and legislations are adhered to
- Previous experience as a Service Manager / Aftersales manager.
- Motivated & committed to drive our Honda franchise to achieve success.
- Confidence in managing and motivating departments and teams.
- Comprehensive motor trade knowledge including maintenance and repair processes, with a methodical approach to managing workloads and priorities.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills, problem‑solving, with the ability to find solutions, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing issues and customer enquiries.
