Marketplace Manager - Maternity Cover

(12-month contract, full-time)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketplace Manager to cover maternity leave and lead the growth of sales and profit across Tik Tok Shop and eBay. This is a great opportunity for someone with a commercial mindset, hands‑on approach, and a passion for driving online marketplace success.

• Manage and grow performance across Tik Tok Shop and eBay.
• Build a calendar of trading events to maximise sales opportunities.
• Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on performance.
• Plan and execute Tik Tok Shop Lives, including presenter/producer scheduling.
• Collaborate with marketing to source and manage affiliate creators.
• Deliver day‑to‑day trading plans, promotions, and sales strategies.
• Work with buying and merchandising teams to optimise product availability.
• Oversee product content and manage external agency partners.
• Ensure marketplace KPIs are met by working with customer service and logistics teams.
• Build strong relationships with platform partners and external stakeholders.

• Proven experience growing sales on Tik Tok Shop or in a similar marketplace role.
• Commercially minded with strong financial and analytical skills.
• Hands‑on and results‑driven, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter with a proactive, positive approach and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Able to collaborate across teams, locations, and time zones.
