As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of cleaners to ensure a high standard of cleaning across various sites.
Your responsibilities include:
- Organizing and assigning daily tasks to the cleaning staff.
- Supervising and inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Training new employees on cleaning practices and health and safety protocols.
- Monitoring inventory and ordering cleaning supplies as needed.
- Addressing any client concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience: Required
Employment: Full-time
Salary: £13 – £13.75 hourly
