This role will assist in the effective building maintenance of the property.

• Supervise contractors on contractual maintenance work and ad hoc works.
• Execute maintenance and replacement of plant, equipment and systems according to master schedule.
• Facilitate tenants in their fit‑out works and ensure compliance of regulatory requirements.
• Execute energy conservation and other cost control measures.
• Lead and supervise a team of Senior/ Maintenance Technicians in executing M&E and building maintenance services to ensure functional aspect of the centre.
• Plan, organise and control assignment given to technicians.
• In charge and control of stocks for maintenance use items.
• Take charge of maintenance equipment use by the technicians.
• Create Purchase Requisition s on SAP system and arrange for purchases of M&E items.
• Track the expenditure for the Building’s operations and ensure that it is within maintenance budget.
• Ensure timely submission of Management reports in the area of maintenance, and adhoc reports as and when assigned.
• Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.

• Min Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Building
• Min 3 years of relevant experience, in similar supervisory role
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently
• Poses good sense of responsibility and urgency
• A team player
• Able to perform work beyond standard working hours when required
• Conversant in both spoken and written English
