Warehouse Associate — Packing, QA & Dispatch

Responsibilities

• Support in warehousing duties and ensure a smooth operational flow.
• Perform quantity and quality checks on items before packing into boxes.
• Label items and boxes.
• Pack and place parcels into designated code cages.
• Assist in managing warehouse management systems.
• Maintain housekeeping to ensure workplace safety.
• Perform additional ad‑hoc duties as required.

• Physical strength: able to carry heavy loads up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
• Prior warehousing experience preferred.
• Committed, responsible, and available to start immediately.
• Attire: T‑shirt, long jeans/pants, safety vest (provided; you may bring your own), safety shoes mandatory.
• Attendance: must complete 100 % of scheduled job time for payment; overtime approved by supervisor.
• Must follow all safety and conduct rules; no MIA, fights or misconduct. Photography inside the warehouse is prohibited except for check‑in/out proof.
• Must bring a physical NRIC; jobs open to candidates aged 16 and above.

Arrive 15 minutes early to queue for check‑in. Contact the IC via Whats App with a photo of surroundings for faster assistance. Do not turn up until you receive confirmation via the EL Connect app or email notification.

Freelancers must sign a Liability Acknowledgement Form on first day of work. This form explains your responsibilities, conduct expectations, and liability for any damages. If you refuse to sign, you will not be allowed to proceed with the job.
