-3pm 5 days per week and weekend work based from rota (Staff breakfast is available for 7am) 30min break
£14 -£16 per hour PAYE

W2 - Closest tube is Notting Hill gate

We are looking for a Cleaner / Housekeeper to join our clients amazing team To clean and maintain resident's bedrooms and undertake other general tasks as required. You will report to the Head Housekeeper and you will be responsible for approx.. 23 bedrooms on each floor.

Key tasks include:

Report to the Housekeeper to check arrivals and departures per floor
Clean the bathroom - shower & basin surfaces, toilet seat & pan as required and mop floor spillage.
Vacuum the carpet
Empty waste bins
Replenish soap and toilet paper as required
Make the bed.
Change sheets and towels - new supplied by Housekeeper
Dust surfaces - window ledge, furniture, lampshade and side lamp
Vacuum corridor
Polish corridor brass door handles
Turn the mattress (with assistance from colleague)
Prepare rooms for new arrivals - make up bed, supply towels etc
Report any maintenance problems (replacement light bulbs, leaking taps etc) to Maintenance.
Clean Vincent Housing lounge, toilets, reception, office and staircases.
Carry out other general operational tasks in Vincent Housing as directed from time to time as required.
Carry out all duties in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.

Personal requirements:

Intermediate English - verbal. (E)
High standard of personal hygiene. (E)
Able to work unsupervised (E)
Physically active. (E)

Experience:

3 months in a customer facing role in retail/hospitality or similar industry (D).
Friendly, and outgoing (E)
Comfortable with working in a small organisation (D)
Enthusiastic (E)
