Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor required at FM Conway! We are now looking to recruit a self‑motivated and proactive individual to ensure all required maintenance duties are carried out, including preventive maintenance, attending to breakdowns, and executing mechanical repairs, fabrication, welding and maintaining very high housekeeping standards by clearing blockages and cleaning up. This full‑time permanent role will be based at our Heathrow Asphalt Plant.

• Ensuring that all aspects of the Asphalt and Mobile Plant maintenance are carried out in accordance with statutory legislation and FM Conway Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Policies.
• Producing and reviewing risk assessments, method statements, permits to work and procedures for maintenance tasks.
• Ensuring that all plant and equipment is subject to a planned preventive maintenance scheme and inspection.
• Keeping the site in a safe, workable condition to enable safe work, optimise plant availability and efficiency within operational budgets.
• Operating in a collaborative manner with all operations personnel and encouraging continuous improvement.
• Travelling to and supporting other sites with maintenance in the event of breakdowns and/or planned maintenance shutdowns.

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Maintenance Supervisor and have experience in mechanical repair skills. Burning, welding and fabrication skills will also be required.
