HGV Technician
Location:
Greenwich
Salary:
Up to £46,970 + MOT bonus
Shift: 4 on 4 off Days
Overtime:
Paid at an enhanced rate
Join a reputable HGV Maintenance company with locations across the UK. Known for their high standards, regular training, and clear career progression paths, they are expanding their team and seeking a talented HGV Technician to support their growing success.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct vehicle inspections
- Perform routine servicing and scheduled maintenance
- Carry out reactive maintenance as required
- Prepare and present vehicles for MOT testing
- Diagnose and rectify running defects
- Undertake general HGV Technician duties
- Comprehensive knowledge of HGVs and trailers
- Industry-recognized qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level
3) in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair - Previous experience as an HGV Technician
- HGV Licence (preferred but not essential)
