Caretaker
- Provide a visible, reliable, and trusted caretaking service across housing estates and residential buildings
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in internal communal areas and external estate environments
- Monitor and support waste management, grounds maintenance, and estate services to ensure quality delivery
- Identify, report, and manage health and safety issues, taking appropriate action when required
- Act as a first point of contact for residents, offering guidance, reassurance, and support when needed
- Work closely with service teams, contractors, and emergency responders during incidents or emergencies
- Use initiative and sound judgement to respond effectively to challenging situations
- Work independently and collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes for residents and stakeholders
- Support out-of-hours emergency cover where required
- Role is subject to a DBS check
