We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to the required standard.
• Ensure cleaning staff understand and follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures; provide technical training as required.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness, oversee use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
• Address issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager where appropriate.

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Good communication skills, reliability and a professional attitude.
• The ability to work to a schedule with initiative.
