Sodexo is looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Team Leader to lead and support our evening cleaning team in delivering consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the site. This hands‑on role is key to ensuring all cleaning duties are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with Sodexo policies and health & safety regulations, while leading by example to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for colleagues, clients, and visitors.

• Lead and support the evening cleaning team to deliver high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Take a hands‑on approach to cleaning duties, leading by example at all times.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard.
• Maintain full compliance with Sodexo policies and all health & safety regulations.
• Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for colleagues, clients, and visitors.

• Proven experience in a Cleaning Team Leader or similar supervisory role, with strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and support team members.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations, with attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team, with basic administrative and computer skills for record‑keeping and reporting.
