Rising Damp Operative

We are a reputable damp proofing company based in Harrow, with a strong presence across London. We provide a range of damp proofing services to residential, building site and commercial properties to ensure that our customers' homes are safe, dry, and comfortable.

We are looking for a rising damp technician or team to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation works for rising damp or waterproofing treatment. They would need to apply suitable protection to working areas, hack off defective render/plaster back to brick. Bag up debris and cart away. Inject new chemical damp proof course. The ideal candidate will have experience in these works, have a driving licence, able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Protect working area.
• Hack off defective render/plaster.
• Bag up debris.
• Drill and inject new DPC.
• Timber treatments.
• Install pacifier vents.

• Experience in the rising damp and waterproofing in industry.
• Knowledge of damp proofing techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to work in Central and Greater London.
